Refund Policy

This section describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Hired machinery can be off hired by 5pm on the last day of hire.

Order cancelation must be confirmed by telephone or via email with our depots. You will be issued an off-hire number on receipt of your email or telephone call.
